Damn son, that sky is pretty nice. But now onto the criticism.
Imo, that was pretty a underwhelming ending. You had a lot of build up from him constantly holding onto that "Heart" of his and the girl ignoring it only for it to go unresolved as the guy just walks away. I suggest that instead, after a bit of him holding up the heart, you cut the cheery music entirely as the guy angrily slaps the phone out of that lady's hand and then forces the heart onto her screaming "Love me, just love me dammit!" or something to that effect. The sudden change in tone followed by his humorous outrage would be a lot funnier.
Afterwards, cut to black, and then cut back to the guy on the phone asking someone to be his valentine, the guy then cheers (showing the audience the girl said yes), and then have him say "Thanks, mom!" and then end it
That's how I would have gotten around this video concept anyhow
